We are proud of the result: new services, new branding, and new navigation. Happily, we still offer the same robust quality of information, support, and service that New Zealand business expects from the Companies Office.

As you might have noticed we closed our online services yesterday 5pm to prepare for the launch of our new IT system on Monday 28-June! The system we have been using for the past 7 years has seen the introduction of quite a few significant new services such as:
- Change of company names (2003)
- Companies Office G2B services (2004)
- The joint IRD service for tax application (2005)
- GST registration (2007)
I am really excited as to what the new system will offer you in regards to new and personalised services, improved usability and increased data integrity of the information held on the register.
Come and have a look on Monday morning to see what the Companies Office online services will look like and let me know what you think!
