I hope by now you’re all well aware of changes coming to the Companies Office this year. Tim touched upon these changes in one of his posts last year, but to refresh your memory or if you’re new to our blog, we’re developing a new IT platform that will improve the services for all of our registers. These changes will be introduced by the launch of the new Companies Office Register and the Financial Service Providers Register (www.fspr.govt.nz) in mid 2010.

Occasionally, a member of the public informs the Registrar of Companies that a company has incorrectly listed the person’s residential address as the registered office address for the company or the company has failed to change the address when moving.
